The text below provides directions for finding various locations of athletic and fine arts events for the Mississippi Valley Conference Schools. These directions provide one or more possible ways to arrive at the locations. If you find errors in these directions or have suggestions as to how to improve this directory, please feel free to contact a Linn-Mar Booster Club member.

Cedar Falls
UNI Dome - Soph/Varsity Football
Hudson Rd & 27th Street.
Take 380 N to highway 20. Exit at Hudson Rd. (Cedar Falls).
Birdsall Park - Cross Country
Take 380 N to highway 20. Exit at Hudson Rd. (Cedar Falls). Turn left on 12th Street.
Pheasant Ridge Golf Course - Golf
Take 380 N to highway 20. Exit at Hudson Rd. (Cedar Falls). Turn left on 12th Street.
Robinson-Dresser Sports Complex - Baseball, Softball, Tennis
Take 380 N to highway 20. Exit at Hudson Rd. (Cedar Falls). Turn left on 12th Street.
Cedar Falls High School - Basketball, JV football, Track, Volleyball, Wrestling
Take 380 N to highway 20. Exit at Hudson Rd. (Cedar Falls). Turn right on 12th Street. Turn left on Division St.
Holmes Junior High - Swimming
Take 380 N to highway 20. Exit at Hudson Rd. (Cedar Falls). Turn left on 4th Street.
Cedar Valley Youth Soccer Complex - Soccer
Take 380 N to highway 20. Exit at Hudson Rd. (Cedar Falls). Turn right on SR 58 US 20 (Ridgeway Ave.) Continue east until you see the soccer complex.
Cedar Rapids Jefferson
Jefferson High School - 1243 20th St. SW
FROM I-380: Take exit 19B (1st Ave./Vets Memorial Stadium) and head west on 1st Ave. Turn left (south) on 18th Street to the top of the hill. Turn right into the gym parking lot.
Baseball - 15th St. and 14th Ave. South of Kingston Stadium
Cedar Rapids Kennedy
Kennedy High School - 4545 Wenig Rd. NE
FROM I-380: Take 42nd Street Exit. Go west about 1 mile to Wenig Rd.
Cedar Rapids Washington
Washington High School - 2205 Forest Dr. SE
FROM 1st Ave: Turn east on Cottage Grove Ave. and proceed 2 blocks to Forest Dr.
Softball - 20th St. and E Ave. NE
Soccer - Jones Park
Cross Country - Noelridge Park
Golf - Gardner (formerly Squaw Creek)
15th Street and 8th Ave. SW
FROM I-380: Take exit 19B (1st Ave./Vets Memorial Stadium) and head west on 1st Ave. Turn left on 15th Street. Go 2 blocks to the stadium
Cedar Rapids Prairie
Prarie High School - 401 76th Ave. SW
Take I-380 South to Hwy 30 East Exit. Follow to Kirkwood Blvd. Exit. Turn right on Kirkwood Blvd. Turn right on 76th Ave. High School is the last structure on the left.
Cedar Rapids Xavier
Xavier High School - 6300 42nd St. NE
Take Edgewood Rd. to 42nd Street. Turn right (west) on 42nd St. and proceed about 1 mile to the high school.
Dubuque
Hempstead High School
Follow Hwy 20 (Dodge St.) to Northwest Arterial. Turn north. Go to second stop light and turn right on Pennsylvania Ave. Follow Pennsylvania approximately 2 blocks. Hempstead will be on the left. Turn at the stop light.
Senior High School
Follow Hwy 20 (Dodge St.) to the Grandview Ave. Exit. Take this exit to Grandview and turn left onto Grandview. Stay on Grandview until you come to Senior High School on your right. Turn right onto Clarke Dr. and you will pass in front of Senior.
From Hwy 151 take the Grandview Exit and turn left (north) onto Grandview. Stay on Grandview until you reach Senior. Turn right onto Clarke Dr. and you will pass in front of Senior.
Wahlert High School
From Hwy 20 turn north at Northwest Arterial. Go north about 2 miles to Asbury Rd. Turn right on Asbury and go past two stoplights to Chaney Rd. Turn left onto Chaney Rd. and proceed to Wahlert.
From 151 exit Grandview Ave. and go north. Go past Senior and past Bunker Hill Golf Course. Stay left and go to the second stop sign. Turn left on Kane and proceed to Wahlert.
Dubuque Soccer Complex
Follow Hwy 20 (Dodge St.) to Northwest Arterial. Turn north. Follow the Northwest Arterial to J.F. Kennedy Rd. and turn left at the stop sign. The complex will be on your immediate left.
Eagle Point Park
Hwy 20 and 151 meet at the foot of the Iowa-Illinois bridge. At that point take Hwy 151 north and watch for Kerper Blvd/ Greyound Park signs. Continue to Kerper. Take Kerper north as far as you can. Turn left and go a short distance to Rhomberg Ave. Turn left on Rhomberg. Go a short distance to Shiras. Turn right on Shiras. There are 2 entrances to Eagle Point. The main entrance may not be open until May. Use the back entrance about ¼ mile further. Look for two stone pillars. Enter and follow the winding blacktop to the back gate. Leave your vehicle outside the gate and walk to the tennis courts.
Bunker Hill Municipal Golf Course
Take 151 to the Grandview Exit. Turn north on Grandview Ave. Go to the 4 way stop at Senior. Turn left onto Clarke Dr. Turn right at the next street.
Dubuque Golf and Country Club
Take 151 to the Grandview Exit. Go left on Grandview to Randall Place.
Thunder Hills Golf Course
Take Hwy 151-61 to Grandview Exit. Go north to Hwy 20. Take 20 west approximately 10 miles. Look for Thunder Hills Rd. sign. From Hwy 20 going east look for Thunder Hills sign past Peosta.
The Meadows
Going east on Hwy 20 turn north at Peosta onto Y-21 (by NICC). Go to Asbury Rd. and turn right. Go 2 ½ miles.
From Hwy 151-61 take Grandview exit north to Hwy 20. Go west on 20 to Northwest Arterial. Turn north and go 2 miles to Asbury Rd. Turn west and proceed to the Meadows.
Petrakis Field
At Hwy 20/151 intersection take 151 north to Kerper Blvd. Follow Greyhound Park sign. When approaching Greyhound Park, stay to the right. Entrance to McAleece/Petrakis is on the right.
Iowa City
Iowa City High
Take I-380 south. Go east on I-80. Take Herbert Hoover Hwy Exit to Iowa City. Go to the first stop light and turn left on 1st Ave. Take 1st Ave. to Court St. (4 way stop). Turn right on Court to 4th Ave. Turn right and 4th Ave. will lead to the City High parking lot.
Iowa City West High
Take I-380 south to the Melrose Ave. Exit (east). Proceed ½ mile to West High on the right.
Shrader Field - Soccer
Take I-380 south to I-80 east. Exit at 246 (Hwy 1) and go south. Hwy 1 will become Dodge St. (one-way). Continue south on Dodge to Bowery. Turn left on Bowery to Clark. Turn right on Clark and go one block to Seymore. Turn left on Seymore and go one block to Longfellow Elementary School. The field is on the north side of the school. The parking lot is on the west.
Mercer Park Aquatic Center
Coming north or south on I-380 take the Airport-Riverside Dr. Exit. Stay on Hwy 1 (bypass) to 1st Ave. Turn left on 1st Ave. to Bradford Dr. Turn right on Bradford Dr. (Southwest Jr. High will be on the right). The aquatic center is behind the school.
Northwest Jr. High and Coralville Pool
Take I-380 south to I-80 east. Take I-80 East to Exit 240 to Highway 6. Follow Hwy 6 East into Coralville to stop light at 12th Ave. Turn left (north) at stop light and go to 8th Street. Turn left on 8th St. and Northwest Jr. High will be on the right. Coralville Rec Center will be on the left.
Southeast Junior High
Take I-80 east to the Hwy 1/Dodge St. exit. Turn south (right). Turn east (left) onto Scott Blvd. Turn south (right) onto First Ave. You will wind through several new housing additions. You will pass Iowa City High School (City High) and cross Muscatine Ave. Southeast Junior High is on the east side of the road (left)/ If you cross the railroad tracks, you have gone too far.
Pleasant Valley Golf Course
Take I-380 south to I-80 east. Take I-80 East to Highway 1 Exit. (Dodge Street) Stay on Dodge to Burlington St. Turn right on Burlington and go to Gilbert St. Turn left on Gilbert and follow to the golf course.
Waterloo
Waterloo East High School
Take 380 and 20 North. Exit at Elk Run. Turn right and follow Plaza Dr. past the truck stop to Dubuque Rd. (the first set of stop lights.) Follow Dubuque Rd. to 6th Street and turn right. (Hardees on the corner.) Turn left at the second set of stop lights and follow Barclay to East High.
Waterloo West High School
Follow 380 and 20 where 380 turns north to downtown Waterloo. Stay on 20 going to Cedar Falls. Exit Hwy 21. Turn right on Hwy 21 to T-intersection with San Marnan. Turn left on San Marnan to Kimball. Turn right on Kimball to Ridgeway Ave. Turn right on Ridgeway to Baltimore. West High is located at the intersection of Baltimore and Ridgeway. Turn left on Baltimore for about 1 block to entrance of school parking lot.
Sloane Wallace Stadium
Follow 380 & 20 North to the Waterloo exit. Exit right. Follow 380 to the downtown exit. At 5th Street turn left (one way). Follow 5th Street to Locust Street. Turn left on Locust. The stadium is behind Irving Elementary School.
Central Middle and Memorial Stadium
Follow 380 & 218 North to Waterloo. Take 218 North to Cedar Falls. Take Greenhill Rd. Exit and turn left. Follow Greenhill Rd. to Katowski Dr. Turn left on Katowski Dr. Central Middle and Waterloo Memorial Stadium will be on your right.
